My daughter loves falling asleep to old 70s rock on the Mu-So 2. Just one little issue: like every 2nd or 3rd time when I try controlling it with the app, I need to unplug the power cable and restart the device. Tried setting it up from scratch, no improvement. I love the sound of the device, but the way you guys program your software has made me lose faith in your products. If this doesn't get sorted, I don't see how you can keep up with Sonos &others. Integration is just key! So disappointed.

Hands down, your electronics are superb. Please hire some decent developers and UX guys, the app is horrible. Constantly, not responding, crashing,... Search is pathetic. I have to switch between your app and the also horrible Tidal App to operate your amazing electronics. Software/ App not close to acceptable levels, neither on Android Phone, nor tablet... Experiences are the new currency, but your app is falling far short...

This App is a mess. At multitasking switching to this app every second time the app has to load from scratch. (On a galaxy s10) Switching Songs on Tidal inside the naim app lasts about 5 secs, when it doesnt freeze. The interface overall with animations look like an app from a first semester computer student. Spotify Connect with the spotify app works perfect! Song switching and the spotify ui are flawless! This App needs an Update from scratch. This is not appropriate for using 2000€+ streamers
